Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. I allow a 15 minute grace period after scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes appointment will be canceled, unless told otherwise, and 20% will be charged to the card on file.
